Genealogy
- Sardar Nand Singh, Founder Of Kheri Estate, came from the Manjha to assist in the capture of Sirhind; and afterwards established his powers over a very fertile piece of country in the south-east corner of the Tahsil. This was then only partly settled by Muhammadans and others, many of whom deserted their lands; and to Nand Singh is dne the founding of most of the villages of the "Kheriilaga" which is now one of the richest and most highly assessed portion of the District.was married had issue with one son :-

- Sadar Basant Singh, Chief Of Kheri, was married had issue with one son :-
- Hari Singh
- Sardar Hari Singh, Chief Of Kheri, was married to Sardarni Nihal Kaur, he died without issue in 1866 and the jágir then lapsed.
- Sardarni Nihal Kaur , Chief Of Kheri, after the death of her husband Sardar Hari Singh Of Kheri she was wth two other female relatives, Sardarni Ratan Kaur and Sardarni Sahib Kaur, enjoyed considerable cash pensions, and Nihal Kaur had a life interest in the estate of Sardar Hari Singh which was very large, consisting of shares in a great many villages, and considerable areas of bir land. The Sirdarni is a sister of SardarBadan Singh of Malaudh. Nihil Kaur who was in receipt of a pension of Rs. 2,500 per annum died on Ist March 1888, when her pension stopped.Mussummat Sahib Kaur, in receipt of a pension of Rs. 1,500 per annum, died on 15th March 1886, and her pension stopped from that date. SardarniRatan Kaur is alive und receives a pension of Rs. 1,800 per annum, On her denth the question of reversion of her lands in which she has only a life interest will arise.
