Sardar Duna Singh, Jagirdar of Chohla, was khidmatgars or attendants to Nawab Jassa Singh Alhuwalia of Kapurthala (see - Kapurthala), He was chief of village Chohla near Sarhali in the Tarn Taran Amritsar Manjha,and in 1764 when the Manjha Jat Sikhs conquered Sir hind Soobah both father and his son received Jagirs or fiefs, from attendants they rose to the ranks of KhasFauj (Special soldiers), was married had issue with one son :-
