Kunwar Onkar Singh of Mursan, was born in 1869 into Thenua Jat family, he was an Ex – President of All – India Jat Mahasabha , keenly interested in theologistic studies and has written “VIJAl VIKAS”—a coinmentatory on Bhagwat Gita. He has further made an English translation of Gitaji. Kunwar Sahib had spent some mouths in foreign countries. He had issue with one son Kunwar Jagtendra Singh of Mursan.
