Raja Pratap Singh of Jind , was born into Sidhu Jat family, he was the son of Raja Bhag Singh of Jind , when he was young Raja Bhag Singh had become addicted to drugs at the end of his life, and he declared his eldest son Pratap Singh as his successor, but the British refused to accept him as the ruler. Thus, Pratap Singh rebelled in 1814 AD. So, the Britishers arrested him and put him in jail where he died in 1816.
