Rao Raja Sri Raghunath Singh ji Sahib Of Bharatpur was born at Khas Kothi, Lohagarh, Bharatpur, 7th January 1887 . He was son of H.H Maharaja Brijendra Sawai Ram Singh Bahadur Jung Of Bharatpur and Rani Daryab Kaur Sahiba, She was done there education from Mayo College, Ajmer, and with the Imperial Cadet Corps, Dehradun. And MSC Bharatpur 1911-1922 and 1929-1932, Sec to the Administrator 1922-1929. He was responsible for developing Ghana Keola Deo now known as Ghana National Park, a world heritage site, which has a Bundh named Rao Ji Bundh in his honour.
He was received Delhi Durbar silver medal in 1911, Was married at Bharatpur in 1907 with Rani Mohan Kaurji Sahiba (born at Barkoli, 8th February 1892; died at Raghunath Niwas, Bharatpur, 16th March 1960), She was daughter of Chaudhuri Shri Bansidhar ji, of Barkoli, and sister of Sardar Raj Chaudhuri Shriramji Dhankar. He was died in 10th August 1943.
