Sardar Chuhur Singh Bahadur of Bhadaur was born in 1752, He was direct descendants of Chaudhari Phul Singh Of Mehraj. He was Appointed as Chaudhri of Pohora and Bhadaur, on the orders of Ahmad Shah Abdali 5th August 1778. He was Seized 90 villages from Patiala, attacked the Maler Kotla Afghans, and took control of Banala for a time. There was a time when the big King’s and Chiefs of that region were hesitant to fight with them. Later he was kill (burned alive in a tower) by Sujjan Singh Brar, at Ghanne in 1793.
