Sardar Kharak Singh Of Bhadaur is the son of Sardar Deep Singh Of Bhadaur He was a man of considerable character and ability. Kharak Singh was a pious and devout person. He built and endowed numerous temples and charitable institutions. At the time of the Sutlej campaign of 1845, he offered invaluable assistance to theBritish contingent, by furnishing the English troops with crucial supplies against the Khalsa Army of Lahore. He died in 1858.
