Choudhary Bhagwan Singh of Saidpur, Also known as “ Bhagwan Singh Jat” , was born in Saidpur (Muzaffarnagar), into hindu Jat family , When the revolution of 1857 was at its peak, he too did not see his Zamindar and participated in the revolution. And had driven away the British rule from his area, But after some time the grip of the British government became stronger and they were caught and executed on the gallows in 1857.
