Choudhary Kalam Singh, Was born in Gurgaon district ; Took part in the Great Revolt of 1857.,He made the people of his area aware and included them in the war against the British. Due to which the British suffered a lot of loss. Later he was Captured by British soldiers and hanged in January 1858.
