Choudhary Lachhman Singh Of Garli Patti, Was born at Garli Patti, Gurgaon into Hindu Jat family ;When the revolution of 1857 was at its peak, he also participated in the revolution. He not only inspired the people of his area to participate in the war, he also fought a full-scale war against the Britishers , but in 1858 he was captured by British soldiers and hanged in February 1858.
