Sardar Gopal Singh, was born into Ghuman Jat family, He was Sardar Kharak Singh , live near Gurdaspur , Punjab, was done there traning at Rurki; and he become a soldier and one of the prominent Sardar in the Chamba State , later on he become the Superintendent of Works in 1886.
