Sardar Hari Singh Dallewalia, was born into Zamindar family of Jat clan, when he was young he was expend his estate and seized the territories of Ropar, Sialba. Awankot, Khizerabad, Siswan and Korali. He also captured the fort of Khizerabad built by Chaudhari Tek Singh (also known as Chaudhari Tek Chand).
