Sardar Hira Singh of Mannawala

Sardar Hira Singh of Mannawala, was born into Mann Jat family, he was the son of Sardar Jawala Singh Of Mannawala , when he was young he become the Member of the District Board and Chairman of the Amritsar Local Board. He rendered good service when transport animals were being purchased during the late Kabul War, and also on other occasions ; and he may be said to be the only remaining prominent member a this good old family, also he was a Viceregal Darbari.
