Subedar Sardar Harnand Singh of Padhana, was born in 1877 into a Padhana Estate of Sandhu Jat clan, When he was young he was join the army and received the rank of Subedar in the Indian Army, for his effort and contribution for the recruitment of soldiers in the army, during the First World War. He was the Jagirdar of Padhana prior to the partition of India, and an Honorary Magistrate. He married the daughter of SardarAjit Singh Attariwala. She was the granddaughter of General Sardar Sham Singh of Attari, He was died in 1916.
